This policy describes what information is handled when you visit thesilentshelter.com and when you purchase The Silent Shelter guide.
The site itself has no user accounts and no forms. Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to serve and secure the site. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage statistics are collected to understand how visitors use the site.
Checkout, payment, and delivery are operated by Gumroad, Inc., acting as the merchant of record. When you buy, your payment details and email address are provided to Gumroad and handled under Gumroad's privacy policy. We receive from Gumroad the information needed to support your purchase, such as your email address and order details, and use it only for delivering the product, providing support, and, if you opt in, sending updates about the guide.
If you contact us by email, we use your address only to reply. If you subscribe to updates, every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
This site does not set marketing cookies of its own. Gumroad's embedded checkout and any enabled analytics may set cookies necessary for their operation.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@thesilentshelter.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
