How to request a refund

• Reply to your Gumroad receipt email and request a refund, or
• Write to contact@thesilentshelter.com with the email address you used at checkout.

Refunds are processed by Gumroad, the merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

EU and UK customers

The Guide is digital content delivered immediately. By completing checkout you consent to immediate delivery; statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may therefore not apply — but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above applies to you in full, which is broader than the statutory right.
