These terms govern your use of thesilentshelter.com and your purchase of The Silent Shelter guide (the "Guide").
The Guide is general educational material. It is not engineering, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. All structural, waterproofing, ventilation, electrical, and water work described in the Guide require the design and sign-off of licensed professionals, in full accordance with the laws of the place where you build. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including building, zoning, and permit requirements.
Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., the merchant of record. Delivery is digital and immediate upon successful payment. The price displayed at checkout is final; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Gumroad.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the Guide for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the Guide's files or contents. All rights, title, and interest in the Guide remain with Silent Shelter Publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Shelter Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the Guide, and total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Guide.
